3. How will you guide the Transition Committee?
Our focus is on identifying the best and brightest people who want to join government to help Philadelphia families and neighborhoods thrive. It is important for us to focus not only on people who have great intelligence, but also on people have other critical qualities such as: being team players, passion for public service, people who are optimistic and people who won’t be discouraged in the face of obstacles; great listeners and collaborators.
4. Why do you ♥ Philadelphia?

5. Why do you think Jim will be a good mayor?
Jim has consistently let us know exactly what his priorities are. He has made it clear we need to build a Philadelphia that works for every neighborhood. He has a track record of getting things done despite facing challenges, and he is one of the most humble, team-oriented and inclusive leaders I have ever met. That is a recipe for success.
